Greyhound Adoption Application
Greyhounds are affectionate,
friendly, and intelligent who thrive on attention and human companionship. The
ownership of a greyhound, like any pet, is a serious long, term commitment. Our
goal is to place these dogs in loving homes where their physical,
psychological, and financial needs will be met.
• Greyhounds are
couch potatoes. They sleep 12 to 14 hours a day but still require regular
exercise.
• Greyhounds love
to run and can reach speeds of 45 MH their instinct to run, requires them to be
on a leash at all times.
• Greyhounds do not
make good watchdogs.
• Greyhounds have
no body fat and need to be kept indoors.
The fee for each adoption is
$300.00. This is considered a donation and is tax deductible.
